The Belgian-Azerbaijani Chamber of Commerce (BELGAZERCOM) is pleased to invite you to participate in an exclusive trade mission to Baku, the vibrant capital of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Dates: Monday September 28th to Thursday October 1st, 2026
Location: Baku, Azerbaijan
Participation: Limited capacity – registration required in advance.

Own Flight Option	€1,250	Full package, excluding the outbound/return flights.
Business Class Upgrade	€1,950 + €1,200 (Estimated surcharge)	Upgrade for the flights booked by BELGAZERCOM.

The package includes:

Round-trip flights from Brussels to Baku with Turkish Airlines via Istanbul (Economy Class).
Support with visa arrangements.
Preparation and prospecting in advance of relevant local contacts, tailored to your company's sector.
Individual B2B meetings and meetings with local authorities/agencies.
Accommodation at the Radisson Hotel (all nights and breakfast included).
All lunches and dinners during the mission.
All local transportation via VIP-van (including airport transfers and B2B site visits).
Official reception and kick-off meeting at the Belgian Embassy in Baku.
